This role is viewed as essential part of our property management team and company's operation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Management of a property portfolio on your own

• Nurture existing relationships and maintain excellent customer focus

• Working with other property managers as well as account manager, report to the director

To secure this position, you will have:

• Effective communication and time management skills

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Strong team player and are willing to offer support to other team members 

• Excellent attention to details

• 1 to 3 years property management experience in a real estate agency office. 

• A reliable car and hold a current driver license

• Real Estate Agent Licence or Certificate of Registration.

You will be required to work flexible hours and on Saturday with a roster day off during the week.
