Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Diary Management/organise appointments

• Manages the day-to-day duties of a portfolio

• Liaising with client, owner & tradesman for repairs

• Maintains arrears & invoice management

• Conducts regular routine inspections

• Maintaining client relationships

• Attends QCAT hearings

• Entry & Exit inspections

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a full time Property Manager

• Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration

• High attention to detail & a proactive nature

• Strong time management skills

• Impeccable phone manner 

• High level communication skills both verbal & written

• Aim to deliver a customer experience not just customer service

• Driver’s licence and reliable car (although a company car will be available)

• Professional personal presentation
