We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Project Controller to join a dynamic team in the Transport & Distribution industry. This temporary role, based in Brisbane, offers an excellent opportunity to work within the Technology department on impactful projects.

Description

• Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Prepare detailed reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and project milestones.
• Collaborate with the Technology department to manage project resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records for auditing purposes.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
• Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.

Profile

Specific Skills:

• Proven experience in using the SAP procurement and project modules (mandatory).
• Experience in managing project financials in SAP and a financial workbook (cost model)
• Experience in Microsoft Office including MS Project
• Previous experience in project tracking, reporting, and resource management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A solid understanding of budgeting and financial tracking principles.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
