We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Project Controller to join a dynamic team in the Transport & Distribution industry. This temporary role, based in Brisbane, offers an excellent opportunity to work within the Technology department on impactful projects.

Description
- Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Prepare detailed reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and project milestones.
- Collaborate with the Technology department to manage project resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records for auditing purposes.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and forecasting activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
- Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
Profile
Specific Skills:
- Proven experience in using the SAP procurement and project modules (mandatory).
- Experience in managing project financials in SAP and a financial workbook (cost model)
- Experience in Microsoft Office including MS Project
- Previous experience in project tracking, reporting, and resource management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A solid understanding of budgeting and financial tracking principles.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
