Kitchen Crew is a family-owned cabinetry manufacturer based in Brendale, building quality residential and commercial cabinetry across South East Queensland. We’ve been operating for over 20 years and work with some of Queensland’s leading builders and construction companies.

What the Job Looks Like

You’ll be working on the factory floor manufacturing custom cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. The role is hands-on and detail-focused, with a strong emphasis on quality and teamwork.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Operating production machinery safely

• Assembling cabinetry components

• Using hand and power tools

• Measuring and checking finished products

• Maintaining high quality standards

• Keeping work areas clean and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or cabinetry is preferred

• Comfortable using tools and working around machinery

• Good attention to detail and pride in your work

• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Able to work well in a team environment

• Cabinet making experience or trade qualifications are a bonus, but not essential

• Willingness to learn and get involved
