Production Operator

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our team. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, values quality, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with production and general labouring tasks
• Open moulds and remove finished products
• Prepare equipment and materials for the next production cycle
• Perform basic quality checks and finishing work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
• Operate a forklift to move materials where required (if licensed)

Requirements

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, hands‑on work
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Safety‑focused with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment
• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or labouring (preferred)
• Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
