Task & responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet output and delivery targets
• Monitor batching, mixing, and packaging processes for liquid admixtures
• Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, equipment, and labor
• Maintain production records, reports (e.g., output, downtime, yield)
• Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications
• Work to address deviations and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASTM, EN standards for admixtures)
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and certifications
• Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular safety inspections and lead incident investigations
• Manage proper storage and handling of chemicals and hazardous materials
• Supervise and lead plant operators, technicians, and support staff
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime
• Implement preventive maintenance programs
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of production or equipment issues
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure uninterrupted production
• Reduce waste and improve material efficiency

Qualification & experience

• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in:
  • Concrete admixtures
  • Chemical processing
  • Construction materials production
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Knowledge of batching systems, mixing processes, and chemical handling
• Understanding of quality standards and testing procedures for concrete admixtures
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
