About the Client

Our Client is a well-established manufacturing business specialising in the production of concrete products for the construction industry. They are currently seeking reliable Production Labourers to join their team in Brendale. This role offers stable Monday to Friday work with the opportunity to transition from casual to permanent employment after 36 months.

What you will be doing

As a Production Labourer you will be responsible for the below duties:

• Flipping and handling concrete sleepers within the production yard
• Operating spray guns as part of the production process
• Maintaining workplace cleanliness and general housekeeping
• Sweeping and keeping work areas tidy
• Performing repetitive manual handling duties
• Working in loud and dusty production environments

What you will need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting up to 60kg
• Ability to work in loud and dirty environments
• Reliable transport and valid Drivers Licence preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Previous labouring or production experience highly regarded
