At Tigerlily, a Seafolly brand, we are seeking a commercially astute and detail-oriented professional to support the end-to-end delivery of our Discount Department Store (DDS) apparel program.

Based at our Cremorne, Victoria Support Centre, this is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (parental leave cover) operating within a hybrid working model.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute within a dynamic and creative environment. You will play a critical role in the successful delivery of collections—from initial concept and design through to technical development and bulk production—ensuring seamless execution across all stages. Working in close partnership with both internal stakeholders and external partners, you will foster strong relationships and drive outcomes through collaboration, attention to detail, and commercial acumen.

You will:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for retail buyers, managing communication, approvals, updates, and issue resolution.

  • Build structured communication processes to ensure alignment and support delivery against customer expectations, timelines, and standards.

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership (General Manager and Head of Product) to drive account performance and outcomes.

  • Lead design and range development across women’s and youth apparel categories, applying seasonal trends in colour, fabric, and silhouette.

  • Manage end-to-end garment development, including technical execution (specs, fit, samples, approvals) to ensure quality and brand standards.

  • Own costings and margins, acting as a gatekeeper for approvals while maintaining accuracy, version control, and commercial alignment.

  • Coordinate with offshore partners, manage timelines and workflows in a fast-paced environment, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to delivery and product integrity.

You have:

  • Broad experience in apparel product development, garment technology, and customer/account management.

  • Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fit, specifications, and sampling processes.

  • Ability to interpret and apply seasonal design trends across different product categories.

  • Commercially confident, with experience managing costings, margins, and making business decisions.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Adobe Suite, Excel, and Microsoft tools.

We offer:

  • 50% employee discounts on Seafolly, JETS & Tigerlily products

  • Paid parental leave

  • Bonus Birthday Leave. Treat yourself and enjoy a paid day off for your birthday!

  • Bonus Summer fun leave

  • Access to our Employee Assistance Program for you and your family with the Sonder Platform.

  • Great work culture in a passionate team environment

  • Training, development and career progression

  • The opportunity to be an ambassador for Australia's most loved swimwear brand

  • Refer a friend. Enjoy a referral reward for successfully placing a referral
