We are seeking a proactive Product & Customer Support Coordinator to join a collaborative and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to develop their skills across product support, systems administration, customer service, testing, and project coordination.
 
About the Role
 
You'll be responsible for assisting with product administration, troubleshooting user enquiries, supporting software deployments and testing, coordinating promotions and campaigns, and ensuring customers receive a high level of support.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support
  • Assist with the setup, maintenance, and administration of products and systems
  • Manage product information, pricing updates, and configuration changes
  • Investigate issues and provide first-level troubleshooting support
  • Escalate and track software bugs and system issues with development teams
  • Perform testing of software enhancements and new releases prior to deployment
  • Assist with product launches, updates, and deployment activities
  • Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor campaigns and system performance to ensure successful execution
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, user guides, and internal processes
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
About You
  • Previous experience in a customer support, administration, operations, product support, or systems support role
  • Strong computer and systems skills with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and think logically
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
