About The Role
Reporting to the General Manager Contracts and Procurement, the Procurement Analyst provides essential operational and systems support to the procurement function on a 14-month maximum term contract based in our Sydney CBD office. You will collaborate closely with the functional leads and delivery teams to maintain smooth processes, ensure data integrity, deliver accurate reporting, and assist with our ERP rollout and system improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
Processing and issuing purchase orders, variations, and new vendor setups in the ERP system for awarded contracts Configuring and maintaining contract records within the Project Management System Updating procurement policies, templates, registers, and the supplier database as required Coordinate weekly Procurement Board agendas, papers, and follow-up actions Develop, standardise, and deliver procurement reporting (including monthly stakeholder dashboards and updates) Acting as the central contact for procurement reporting formats, compliance monitoring, and non-compliance corrective actions Operating as superuser for the Project Management and ERP systems for the Contracts team including support implementation, data migration, and user adoption Resolving invoicing issues, ensure accurate contractual filing, and provide analytical support
About You
Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, procurement, supply chain, engineering or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement administration and systems support within large CAPEX project environments Proven participation in a Project Management, Contract Management or ERP system implementation or major upgrade Hands-on experience with complex ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly regarded), Project Management Systems (EcoSys or InEight preferred), and Document Management tools Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), Power BI, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office suite Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented with a methodical, process-driven approach Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and effective in cross-functional team environments
