You will join a high-performing operations team supporting a key processing facility in regional New South Wales. This role offers both FIFO and residential arrangements, providing flexibility depending on your location and lifestyle.

Working on a 7/7 roster, you will be responsible for operating plant equipment, ensuring safe and efficient production, and maintaining high operational standards. You will play a critical role in supporting continuous production and contributing to overall site performance in a safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate, monitor, and maintain processing plant equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and support production targets
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

About you
• Forklift ticket is essential for this role
• Proven experience in process operations or similar industrial setting
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and operational reliability
