Digitally Enabled Business Solutions are seeking an experienced Principal Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management skills. This role will operate in a multidisciplinary team to deliver high value initiatives within a large Information Management (IM)/Information Communication Technology (ICT) environment. This will ensure the delivery of valued, integrated, and effective business solutions.

The role:

Reporting to the Project Manager within Digitally Enabled Business Solutions, you will work closely with delivery teams, senior managers, and subject matter experts to implement safe and responsible use of AI solutions in Queensland Health.

This role will be responsible for engaging and communicating effectively with stakeholders at every level (Program Director, Project Manager, clinicians, business stakeholders and end users) when required to make sure a complete implicit understanding of the business is known. Additionally, you will contribute to an effective customer focused team and work collaboratively to initiate, influence, and maintain relationships between internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the organisation's readiness for a successful generative AI implementation. You will end-to-end analysis activities to define and prioritise readiness outcomes, coordinate inputs across business and technology teams, and ensure critical requirements, dependencies, and risks are identified and addressed to enable timely, effective, and safe deployment.

You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and real-world clinical and administrative applications, translating complex data requirements into clear, practical solutions that drive informed decision-making across Queensland Health.
