About the role..Working collaboratively within a close-knit family business environment, you will:
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised in-boutique experience - from first greeting to final wrap
- Nurture and grow a client book through thoughtful, proactive follow-up, anniversary reminders, new arrivals, personal notes
- Support private appointments, events, and VIP experiences
- Guide clients through significant purchases with expertise and care
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards within the showroom
- Contribute to sales targets with a consultative approach - relationship-led, never transactional
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of luxury presentation and refined communication
About You.. - We are seeking an individual who understands luxury service and takes enormous pride in presentation, detail, and client care.
- Ideally you will have experience in luxury retail, prestige jewellery, fashion, hospitality, or a similarly high-end client-facing environment
- Polished presentation and communication - effortlessly at ease with a high-net-worth clientele
- Proactive follow-up is second nature - you don't wait for clients to return, you bring them back
- Available Monday to Friday plus every second Saturday
- Flexibility to assist with events and occasional after-hours client appointments
