Are you an experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a supportive, patient-focused General Practice with a strong community reputation?

We're partnered wth a Group Practice, who have 2 clinics around the Lake Macquarie area - Morriset, and Cooranbong. They are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role
As a Practice Nurse, you will play an integral role in supporting the clinical team and delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities will include:

• Immunisations and vaccinations
• Wound care and dressing management
• Chronic Disease Management
• Health Assessments and Care Plans
• Assisting GPs with procedures
• Infection control and accreditation support
• Recalls and reminders
• Patient education and preventative health initiatives
• General treatment room duties
• Maintaining clinical stock and cold chain compliance

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous General Practice Nursing experience
• Strong clinical and treatment room skills
• Experience with Care Plans, Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Management
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Full Australian working rights
