This leading group situated in Geelong now seeks an experienced Practice Manager who will deliver outcomes under the four pillars of practice management: Staff/HR/Operations, Finance Management,  Risk & Governance and Practice Development & Promotion.

Key areas of focus will include HR and staff development,  operational responsibilities and practice growth strategies. You will love discussing treatment plans and converting them to new patients. With a fresh set of eyes, proven experience and a desire to build something truly exceptional,  simple yet impactful changes will be embraced along with marketing and keen finance management, all of which form key aspects of this diverse and rare opportunity.  Utilsing your strong people management skills and HR knowledge, you will lead and continue to develop the dedicated administration and support staff. 

Ideally, you will have Dental Management experience however, those from either Medical or related fields with strong management experience will be considered; the ability to recruit, train and develop staff and step in and support your team in times of high work demand. Patient care, willingness to take on all aspects of ensuring the practice runs smoothly, being task-oriented and business savvy are all skills you will bring to this role along with a tech-confident approach to using software/technology in a swiftly advancing landscape. This role is patient-facing and is based at the front desk of this beautiful practice. 

This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis and attracts a competitive annual salary commensurate with experience between $90k - $110k + Super. You'll also enjoy autonomy and ownership of your role and outcomes as you work alongside a dynamic and dedicated group of Dentists who are genuinely excited by where their practice is heading and the unlimited possibilities of their future success.
