An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager with a proven track record of managing high performing teams of customer-focused individuals, to lead our practice operations and take our clinic to the next level.

About the role

As Practice Manager you will ensure seamless clinic workflows, excellent patient care and productive business operations across our Sydney clinic. You will contribute to the organisation's success by providing administrative management, staff management and marketing assistance while ensuring the highest standards of operation are met at all times. This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager who brings both operational expertise and a strong commercial mindset.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Sydney clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and customer service, implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness, maintaining and enhancing Accreditation standards and quality improvement activities, liaising with external stakeholders, and supporting the National Clinics Manager in strategic planning and business development.

  • Lead, supervise, mentor and develop a high performing practice team.

  • Oversee patient access, care coordination and offer empathetic solutions to patient concerns to improve patient care, experience and feedback.

  • Support a team of clinicians with the administrative, logistical and operational support they need to deliver high-quality care.

  • Drive employee engagement and culture within the clinic.

  • Staff management, including recruitment, rostering, supervision, and training to ensure efficient front desk area.

  • Provide direction and advice on all administrative matters within the clinics and resolving all non-clinical complaints.

  • Management, reporting and reconciliation of business budgets and accounts.

  • Ensure the clinics achieve and maintain Accreditation, comply with quality and safety standards and other legislative requirements.

  • Oversee management of the facility, equipment maintenance and inventories.

About you

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting.

  • Demonstrated experience in effective people management including coaching, mentoring, performance management and recruitment.

  • Clear and confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage and lead a team with clarity, kindness and accountability.

  • Sound business and commercial acumen with experience in working to set targets, KPI's and rostering.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated strategic foresight by identifying risks early and driving proactive, preventative solutions.
