If you have experience inspiring teams, ensuring efficient operations, and have managed a Dental practice previously – this is the perfect role for you!

What you will do

• Lead and inspire the team, encouraging a high-performing and close-knit workplace.

• Effectively manage costs in line with budget to achieve financial targets.

• Oversee daily operations and drive the practice’s revenue performance.

• Work alongside Smile Partners to drive and implement initiatives within the practice

• Hands-on with daily tasks including rostering, timesheets, reporting, and front desk support.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and a safe, hygienic clinical environment.

• Build relationships, manage treatment plans and enhance patient experience.

What you will bring

• History managing high-performing Dental practices.

• Strong people leader, you successfully manage and inspire teams.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to provide the highest level of patient care

• Strong financial acumen is essential

• Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities

• Previous experience in private practice would be a bonus!
