Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties related to the growth, daily operations, care, and welfare of the chickens.
• Monitor and maintain the health and overall condition of the chickens.
• Oversee general farming activities, including the maintenance of sheds and equipment.
• Carry out cleaning and detailed shed maintenance between chicken batches.
• Prepare sheds for incoming batches of chickens.
• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the farm and egg sorting areas.
• Complete daily and weekly reporting requirements.
• Assist with annual audits and compliance reporting obligations.
• Supervise existing staff and provide training for new employees.
• Maintain sheds, farming infrastructure, and egg-handling equipment, including feed and water supply systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding feed supply, feed orders, medication, and related requirement

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Agriculture or related field;
• At least 2-3 years experience as a Poultry Farm Manager or similar role;
• Specialised knowledge and hands-on skills in farm management and management of poultry.
