Plasterer – Insurance Restoration Work

Location: Brisbane and surrounds, Sunshine Coast, Northern Gold Coast
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $50/hr wages + Vehicle & fuel card

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Plasterer to join our growing team specialising in insurance restoration and repair work. This role involves carrying out high-quality plastering repairs following water damage, fire damage, impact damage, and other insurance-related building claims.

You will work across residential and commercial properties, delivering professional results while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plasterboard installation, repairs, and replacements

• Patch and match existing finishes to a high standard

• Cornice installation and repairs

• Stopping, setting, sanding, and finishing

• Minor framing and carpentry associated with plaster repairs

• Assess damage and provide repair solutions onsite

• Maintain clean and safe work environments

• Liaise professionally with homeowners, tenants, and project managers

• Complete required job documentation and photos

About You

• Trade qualified Plasterer (or equivalent experience)

• Proven experience in insurance or maintenance-style plastering work

• Strong attention to detail and ability to match existing finishes

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Current driver's licence

• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
