We’re currently seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join the project team and take ownership of plant performance, compliance, utilisation, and maintenance across site operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring all project plant and machinery is safe, compliant, operationally efficient, and available to meet project demands.

Reporting to the Project leadership team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of all plant and equipment on site, ensuring safe operation, servicing, repairs, utilisation, and compliance across the project.
You’ll work closely with operations, safety, and project teams to keep plant performing at a high standard while supporting project delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance, servicing and repair of all project plant and machinery
• Ensure all plant is safe, compliant and operational in line with project and company standards
• Monitor plant utilisation, availability and costs to maximise performance and efficiency
• Oversee inspections, pre-starts and plant management within the Upvise system
• Provide leadership and support to project teams on plant operations, safety and continuous improvement

About you You’ll bring strong practical plant management experience within a construction, civil, infrastructure, manufacturing or heavy industry environment, along with a proactive leadership style and strong safety focus.

You will ideally have:
