Dee Why Hotel is looking for an experienced Pizza Chef / Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team, specialising in Neapolitan-style pizza.

We are after someone who understands great dough, quality ingredients, fast service, and consistency under pressure.

About the role

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing and stretching Neapolitan-style pizza dough

• Managing pizza prep and service

• Maintaining speed and consistency during busy periods

• Working cleanly and efficiently as part of the kitchen team

• Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are maintained

What we are looking for

• Experience with Neapolitan-style pizza preferred

• Strong prep and organisation skills

• Ability to work quickly during busy service

• Reliable, punctual, and team focused

• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety

• Available 3–4 days per week, including nights and weekends as required
