Max Term - Full Time - Paternal Leave (12 Months)

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, providing therapy in both individual and group settings whilst developing appropriate discharge plans within a multidisciplinary team.

This role is for a skilled Physiotherapist that can work across a number of different clinical areas including orthopaedics and acute surgical services, sub-acute medical, inpatient rehabilitation, day rehabilitation, and outpatient services.

Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport and deliver a high standard of customer-focused service in line with our Ramsay core values.

About You - Essential Criteria

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent with AHPRA registration.
• The ability to apply clinical reasoning, sound judgement and complex decision making at an advanced level of practice.
• The ability to devise and evaluate evidence-based practice within assessment and treatment protocols.
• Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated high level time management and ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/ caseload.
• Previous experience working in an acute or rehabilitation hospital setting.
• Candidates with an interest working in an outpatient setting/private practice, would be highly desirable.
• Applicants must be flexible, team oriented and prepared to hit the ground running.

Remuneration

$38.26 - $59.62 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (RHC NSW Health Professionals & Support Services Enterprise Agreement)
