Job Title: Physiotherapist – Aged Care (General Registration)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Registered Physiotherapist to join our aged care team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to elderly residents in residential aged care facilities and/or community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ physical function and mobility
Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans
Provide pain management, falls prevention, and mobility enhancement interventions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise resident care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (General Registration)
Experience or strong interest in aged care and geriatric rehabilitation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license
