What you will be doing in this role
In this permanent role, you'll work alongside the Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a dynamic hybrid operating environment. You'll play a key role in both open vascular and endovascular procedures—including angiograms, stenting, EVAR, and AAA repairs—by performing scrub and/or scout duties, managing specialised instruments, wires, catheters, and grafts, and maintaining flawless aseptic technique throughout every procedure.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of technology and patient-centred care at NSW's largest private hospital. You’ll provide hands-on support before, during, and after vascular procedures; assist physicians in complex interventions; monitor patient status and procedural outcomes; and help ensure the hybrid operating suite remains a safe, sterile, and seamlessly coordinated environment.
