Our Client:

Our client is a world leading mining technology company, with their head office being based in the northern suburbs of Perth.

The Role:

On their behalf, we are a seeking a Payroll Officer for a 12 month role commencing in the coming weeks, with the basis of employment either being on a fixed term contract or ongoing casual basis. It is possible that the role will become permanent. There is also the option of working either 4 or 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running a fortnightly and monthly pay run
• Using SAP/SuccessFactors run the end to end payroll
• Ensure both accuracy and timelines are met
• Reporting, reconciliations and accruals

• Possess a minimum of 2 years experience running all facets of payroll mentioned above
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate with the wider team
• Experience with SuccessFactors/SAP
