Our Home Visit service team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Home Visit Pathology Collector for the Central Coast, NSW areas. Full-time, Part-time or Casual position.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Pathology Collector to join our Home Visits Team in Central Coast, NSW. Your primary duties will be to take blood and other specimens from patients including performing ECGs and Holter monitoring in domestic and aged care settings.

Skills and Experience

Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method - MUST have a minimum of 2YRS EXPERIENCE.

· Collection of blood and other samples from patients in domestic / nursing home settings

· Experience in ECGs and Holter Monitors

· Processing of pathology specimens

· Ability to work alone and as part of a busy team

· Clerical duties and process paperwork

· Current full NSW driver licence

· Ability to communicate with the team, referring Doctors and patients

· Ability to provide dedication to patient care and service delivery

· Ability to demonstrate organisation and problem-solving skills

· Ability to prioritise and work under pressure

· Basic computer skills

· Comply with Work Health and Safety
