Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our team, with deep expertise in traditional Indonesian kue basah and the ability to produce a variety of additional artisanal sweet treats. The successful candidate will contribute to both our high tea and dessert menu, preparing a daily rotation of at least 10 freshly made items, each crafted using time-honoured methods and specialist tools.
This role is strictly artisanal in nature, focused on small-batch preparation for on-site service. It does not involve mass production or standardised factory-style output.
