About the role
As a Pastry Chef at 6HEAD Sydney, you’ll play an important role in delivering a refined dining experience through beautifully executed desserts. Working across the pastry section, you’ll assist in preparing, plating, and presenting high-quality desserts with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment where teamwork, organisation, and pride in presentation are highly valued.
What we’re looking for:
1+ years’ experience in a pastry, dessert, or kitchen role
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or Patisserie preferred
Strong understanding of pastry techniques and dessert preparation
High attention to detail and consistency in presentation
Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for hospitality and eagerness to learn and grow
Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster
