Passenger Transport All-Rounder – School & Charter

Location: West Gosford Depot | Basis: Casual / Part-Time

We are looking for a Responsibility-Driven All-Rounder who takes pride in their work and values the "greater good" of a small, purposeful team.

The Role: A Dual-Focus Opportunity

This is a versatile position bridging Special Needs Student Transport and Professional Charter Work.

• The Mission: Safely transporting students (K-12) with special needs. This requires high empathy, extreme patience, and a calm temperament.

• The Charter: Delivering professional Point to Point service across the Central Coast, Sydney, and Newcastle in vehicles up to 25 seats.

• The Fleet: Precise operation of vans and minibuses up to 7 metres in length.

• Operational Contribution: We don't "drive and coast." If a run is short, you utilise your full paid shift (min. 2 hours) at the depot for vehicle detailing, yard duties, light admin and operational activities.

• Flexibility: As a key member of a small operational team, flexibility is essential. Work patterns, shift structures and daily responsibilities may vary in line with operational requirements and service demand.

Requirements & Licensing

• Licensing: LR Licence (or higher - 13+ seats) and Driver’s Authority are a distinct advantage; however, a committed person with a strong willingness to obtain these immediately would be considered.

• Location: All shifts commence and conclude at our West Gosford depot.

• Compliance: Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Award Coverage: Pay rates will be in accordance with the Passenger Vehicle Transportation Award.

This Role is NOT for you if:

• You want a "fixed-and-forgotten" routine or feel entitled to one specific run.

• You are primarily motivated by "personal perks" or doing the bare minimum.

• You view vehicle cleaning or yard duties as "not your job."

• You expect to take a company vehicle home.
