As a qualified Painter, your responsibilities will include the provision of high-quality residential and/or commercial painting services. You will work independently or for the team for the accomplishment of projects to a professional standard.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Sanding 
• Patching
• Filling
• Priming
• surface prep
• Inner and exterior painting
• Use of different types of paints
• Finishing
• A high standard of colour matching and finishing
•  Safely operating painting tools and equipment
• Protecting surrounding areas and keeping the painting space or work surface clean
• This includes good communication with clients and team. Making sure that every piece of work passes with the safety rules and the standards of the industry.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate must have:

•  Certificate III painting/decoration skills (essential).
•  Home/commercial painting: 3 or more years’ service with residential and/or commercial painting.
• Excellent attention to detail
• White Card
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport

• Independently work and time manage
• Work ethic and positive attitude.
