About The Role:

We're looking for a hard working, organised and enthusiastic packing line operator to join our company.

You will be hands-on in this role, assisting with all aspects of the filling and packing operations. The ideal applicant will promote and always adhere to safe operations; comply with procedures; ensure all goods are checked for quality; maintaining documentation and housekeeping. In return, you’ll receive the support of our fun, friendly team and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a high achiever looking to work in a fast-growing and innovative company. 

The role will commence as a casual role (full time hours available - Monday to Friday day shift) with the prospect of leading to a full time role for the right applicant.

Some on the job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Filling and packaging a broad range of cosmetics products and use of filling machinery

• Troubleshoot Line issues and make adjustments as necessary

• Completing all necessary manufacturing paperwork

• Cleaning and upkeep of all production equipment

• Follow GMP requirements and work closely with QC staff to ensure products meet the requirements of the customer and the highest possible standards of the company and the customer

• Clear and clean manufacturing area of previous batches before starting a new job.

• Packing products and prepare pallets

• Excellent communication skills and team player

• A strong work ethic. We are a fast paced production facility and look for team members who enjoy this working environment

• Immediate availability required

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

• A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement and learning.

• Past experience in liquid filling and bulk manufacturing operations in pharmaceuticals, cosmetic or food manufacturing on a production line environment is advantageous however training will be provided.

• Ability to maintain good working relationships

• Ability to work without supervision and continually show initiative

• Enthusiasm, with a positive attitude

• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

• Reliable Transport to and from Cardiff Facility.

• Forklift license and experience desirable
