Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the integrated outage schedule
• Monitor progress against plan and update schedule to reflect actual site conditions
• Identify, analyse and escalate schedule risks and delays
• Manage critical path activities and monitor float consumption
• Coordinate crane usage, lift planning and prioritisation across all work areas
• Ensure work readiness aligns with scheduled activities
• Work with contractors and outage teams to optimise sequencing and execution
• Provide clear and timely schedule reporting to outage leadership
• Maintain visibility of key milestones and forecast completion dates
• Support recovery planning where delays occur

Essential Requirements:

• Current Drivers Licence
• Experience in outage scheduling or major maintenance events
• Strong understanding of critical path methodology and schedule logic
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex work sequencing
• Understanding of crane operations and lift planning considerations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Clear and concise communication skills
