Lead a Thriving, Well-Established OSHC Service at White Rock State School
Be part of a long-standing, community focused White Rock Fun Squad OSHC service at White Rock State School, where no two days are the same. This is a genuine opportunity for a leader who wants to make the service their own, bringing their leadership style, culture, and ideas to shape a thriving OSHC environment.
You will be supported by a local Area Manager and a strong partnership with the White Rock State School Principal and wider school community. The service operates under a pack up, pack down model and makes full use of expansive spaces, including the oval and playgrounds, with access to an on-site kitchen and multiple activity areas.

What We Can OfferReporting to the Area Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with government legislation, the National Quality Framework and organisational requirements. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, strengthening community engagement and driving commitment to the PCYC brand.
About YouYou are a confident and capable leader with a passion for creating safe, engaging and high-quality environments for children and families. You bring demonstrated experience leading OSHC teams, strong operational knowledge and the ability to build positive relationships across staff, schools and the wider community.
