The Role

At MyFleet, we don't just sell telematics solutions; we build long-lasting relationships. Our clients stay with us because we are reliable, responsive, and dedicated to solving their problems. We are looking for an Operations & Support Officer who is results-focused and ready to own the day-to-day engine room of our service delivery.

This is a dynamic role for a proactive problem-solver. You will move smoothly between managing installer logistics, performing hands-on technical configuration, and providing high-touch customer support.

The Priority: Responsiveness & Care

Regardless of what else is happening, our clients come first. You will manage our ticketing system with an organized, high-touch approach. We believe that a fast, meaningful response is a powerful message of reliability. You will be the face of that responsiveness, ensuring our clients always feel supported.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • The Coordination Hub: You are the primary link between MyFleet and our national network of auto-electricians. Whether it’s a single repair, a routine upgrade, or a new rollout, you coordinate the logistics, the people, and the timing to get the job done smoothly.

  • Technical Ownership & Assembly: You’ll get hands-on with our IoT and telematics gear. This involves powering up devices, applying configuration scripts, and assembling/packing kits for dispatch. We want you to learn our system intimately so you can solve problems independently over time.

  • Proactive System Health: When you aren't responding to tickets or building kits, you’ll be "hunting." You’ll use our health-check tools to find devices that have gone offline and arrange for their repair proactively.

  • Business Support: Helping with invoicing and general admin tasks to keep the business running efficiently.

The Work Rhythm:

  • Steady State: Managing SLAs, responding to support requests, and proactive health monitoring.

  • The Surge: When we win a new contract or enter a rollout phase, you’ll shift into high-gear—assembling hardware and managing complex installation schedules.

Who You Are:

  • Digitally Fluent: You are highly proficient and comfortable with computers. You know your way around a PC, understand file management, and are confident navigating new software and remote support tools. While we will fully train you on our specific platform, a strong, natural comfort with desktop technology is essential.

  • A "Steel Trap" Memory: You are exceptionally organized and nothing falls through the cracks. If a technician promises to call back, or a client asks for an update, it goes straight into your system or your head. You take genuine pride in closing the loop on every open task.

  • An Adaptable Communicator with Great Energy: You bring a positive, proactive vibe to the team. You can read the room and adjust your style instantly—equally comfortable sitting in a rollout meeting with corporate executives as you are providing clear, practical phone support to a busy mechanic out in the field.

  • Self-Aware & Growth-Minded: You know your limits and use them to learn. When you hit a complex technical wall, you are comfortable putting your hand up and asking for guidance—not to have someone do it for you, but to learn the solution so you can confidently handle it independently next time. You also know when to raise your hand if the project workload is peaking so the team can back you up.

  • A Curious Learner: You have a natural appetite for learning how things work. We don't expect you to know our systems inside out from the start, but we want someone who asks questions, loves a puzzle, and wants to grow into the go-to expert on our platform.

How to Apply

If you are looking for a role where you can truly own your space, learn every single day, and be a vital part of a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.

Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter. To help us spot candidates with that "steel trap" memory and attention to detail, please include a short note telling us about a time you had to keep track of a lot of moving parts at once—whether at work, during study, in sports, or in your personal life—and how you made sure nothing was forgotten.

Please note: Applications without this note will not be considered.
