The remuneration is AU$75,000-85,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Task & responsibilities

- Planning, organising and controlling the day-to-day operations of a property staging service establishment to ensure efficient delivery of styling, installation and collection services.

- Determining and managing the range and mix of furniture, décor and styling inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and uphold company service and presentation standards.

- Developing, implementing and reviewing operational policies, procedures and service standards relating to customer service, logistics, inventory handling and on-site conduct.

- Monitoring and evaluating service performance across multiple client sites to ensure quality standards are maintained and client expectations are met.

- Promoting company services through professional engagement with real estate agencies and property vendors, supporting business growth and repeat clientele.

- Controlling the selection, training, supervision and performance management of operational staff, fostering a high-performing service team.

- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across warehouse and on-site environments, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Managing inventory systems, overseeing stock control processes and ensuring efficient utilisation and turnover of company assets to support operational efficiency.

- Coordinating labour and transport resources to maintain service delivery schedules and meet campaign deadlines.

- Overseeing the maintenance and quality assurance of staging assets to ensure service reliability and brand consistency.

Qualification & experience

Qualifications:

At least a Diploma in Business Management, Management, or a closely related field.

Experience:

At least two years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a service-based business with responsibility for staff oversight and operational control.

Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and control the operations of a service establishment.

- Strong capability in managing stock levels, inventory systems and service delivery standards.

- Proven leadership skills, including staff recruitment, supervision, performance management and team development.

- Ability to develop and implement operational policies, procedures and customer service standards.

- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and risk management practices.

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

- Effective stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management skills.
