OOSH Educator – Children’s Services | Community Junction
Community Junction Children's Services are seeking passionate and motivated Educators to join our growing team at our Wollemi and Montgrove OOSH Services locations.
Located on the grounds of both Wollemi and Montgrove Colleges, our service provides on-site Before School Care and After School Care for children in Years 2–6. We are currently recruiting for:
Permanent Part-Time Educator – 21 hours per week
Permanent Part-Time Educator – 35 hours per week

As an OOSH Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths and ideas while supporting their wellbeing, independence and sense of belonging.
This is a set-roster position requiring availability Monday to Friday within our operating hours of 6:15am–8:45am and 2:30pm–6:15pm, in addition to team reflection and programming hours weekly on Mondays. Successful applicants must be willing to work split shifts.

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, School Age Education and Care, or approved equivalent
Minimum 2 years' experience working with children
Current NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work split shifts Monday to Friday
Demonstrated commitment to child safety and wellbeing
Passion for listening to and advocating for children's voices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or School Age Education and Care
Experience supporting children with additional needs
Experience working within OOSH services
Knowledge of My Time Our Place and the National Quality Framework
