OOSH Educator – Children’s Services | Community Junction

Community Junction Children's Services are seeking passionate and motivated Educators to join our growing team at our Wollemi and Montgrove OOSH Services locations.

Located on the grounds of both Wollemi and Montgrove Colleges, our service provides on-site Before School Care and After School Care for children in Years 2–6. We are currently recruiting for:

  • Permanent Part-Time Educator – 21 hours per week

  • Permanent Part-Time Educator – 35 hours per week

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new service and help create a welcoming, engaging and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued and heard.

About the Role

As an OOSH Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths and ideas while supporting their wellbeing, independence and sense of belonging.

This is a set-roster position requiring availability Monday to Friday within our operating hours of 6:15am–8:45am and 2:30pm–6:15pm, in addition to team reflection and programming hours weekly on Mondays. Successful applicants must be willing to work split shifts.

We believe great education and care is about relationships, not ratios. We are seeking educators who are passionate about children's voices, committed to being present, and motivated to advocate for children's wellbeing, inclusion and sense of belonging. If you are looking to make a genuine difference rather than simply fill a role, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
