Office Manger

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily administrative functions to support car wash operations across South Hedland.
• Manage customer bookings, staff rosters, and workflow scheduling to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and monitor staff performance, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Develop and implement workplace procedures covering safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to maintain equipment and stock levels.
• Oversee cash flow, invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting for the business.
• Monitor compliance with workplace health & safety requirements and company policies.
• Assist management with local marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly and effectively to maintain service quality.

Skills & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Management (or related field).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar supervisory/administrative role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
