Hunter Valley Plumbing is a well-established, locally owned business with over 10 years in the industry, known for our reliability, strong relationships across real estate, construction, and the broader local community, while delivering “Quality on Tap”.

We are seeking an experienced, capable all-rounder to step into a key full-time role within the business.

This is a varied, business-critical position supporting day-to-day operations across accounts, scheduling, client communication, and general business support.

You will be someone who can hit the ground running; organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities, while also providing PA-style support to the Director.

The Role

• Manage accounts in Xero (invoicing, receipting, reconciliations)

• Follow up outstanding accounts and maintain cash flow

• Schedule jobs and coordinate workflow for trades

• Respond to client enquiries via phone and email

• Liaise with clients and key stakeholders

• Provide administrative and PA-style support to the Director

• Assist with marketing, including social media content and presence

• Identify and contribute to business development opportunities

• Full time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Office-Based Role

About You

• Proven experience in a similar all-rounder, office management, or accounts role

• Strong working knowledge of Xero (or similar accounting software)

• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Confident, professional communicator

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work autonomously

• Commercially minded, with an interest in marketing, social media, or business growth

• Full drivers license
