About the Role

The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of office operations. This role oversees administrative systems, supports staff coordination, manages internal processes, and maintains high standards of client service delivery. The position plays a key role in maintaining compliance, improving workflows, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Perth office
  • Manage administrative systems, records, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate staff schedules and provide operational support to management
  • Monitor office budgets, expenses, and supplier relationships
  • Maintain client service standards and support front-desk operations where required
  • Implement and improve office procedures and workflow efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and organisational requirements
  • Liaise with education providers, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Support marketing initiatives and student engagement activities as needed

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in an administrative field.
  • Fluency in a second language highly regarded
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in office management, administration, or operations 
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
  • Professional presentation and client-focused approach
