The role:

Victory Group Australia is seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to support our fast-paced and growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly, managing multiple priorities, and creating a productive and positive workplace environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, streamlining administrative processes, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring the office functions efficiently. You’ll work closely with internal teams to coordinate resources, maintain records, manage office supplies and facilities, and assist with HR and finance-related tasks where needed.

Task & responsibilities

  • Contributes to the planning and review of office services and standards
  • Organizes meetings and appointments
  • Allocates human resources, space, and equipment
  • Coordinates with IT for office systems
  • Procures and manages office equipment maintenance, supplies and service standards
  • Assigns work and monitors staff performance
  • Coordinates hiring, training, promotions, and supervision
  • Manages office records and accounts
  • Establishes procedures for document retention and disposal
  • Manages vendor relationships and service contracts
  • Ensures work complies with legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Ensures compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations
  • Manages executive calendars and client scheduling
  • Prepares presentations and materials
  • Develops and implements office procedures and KPIs
  • Implement changes to improve efficiency 

Qualification & experience

Minimum Qualification Diploma or Higher

At least 1 years of work experience

Good knowledge of using technology

Excellent written & verbal communication skills
