The Office Manager oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational 

support functions of the business to ensure efficient delivery of services across all client sites. The role is 

essential in managing the office’s operational systems, supporting senior management, and ensuring 

compliance with workplace and industry requirements.

The Office Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative functions of the office to ensure  smooth business operations.

Implementing and maintaining office systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency  and compliance.

Managing correspondence, documentation, and reporting for senior management and external  stakeholders.

Supervising administrative staff, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing  training and support.

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure service delivery standards are met.

Monitoring and managing accounts payable/receivable, budgets, and financial reporting in  collaboration with the finance team.

Preparing business reports, proposals, and documentation to support tenders and contract  management.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, workplace regulations, and industry requirements.

Supporting the General Manager with strategic planning, project management, and operational  improvement.

The role requires a candidate with:

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Proven experience in office management, administration, or related supervisory roles.

• Knowledge of financial systems, payroll, and reporting processes.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
