We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team based at Darwin International Airport.
This full-time role is responsible for providing administrative support while managing company documentation systems to ensure accuracy, version control, compliance, and accessibility within a fast-paced aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
General office administration including filing, data entry, and record keeping
Process amendments and updates to manuals, procedures, and company documentation
Ensure controlled documents are current and distributed appropriately
Assist with document formatting, editing, and standardisation
Monitor subscriptions, approvals, and authorisations
Support internal audits and company compliance processes
Assist departments with document control and administrative support as required
Skills & Experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in aviation or a regulated industry is highly regarded
