Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to serve as the backbone of our busy operations team in Canning Vale. The Role
As the Office Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the business across administration, customer service, accounts support, scheduling, and internal coordination.
You'll work closely with management, sales, workshop, and production teams to ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office administration and reception duties
- Answer incoming calls and direct customer enquiries
- Coordinate emails, appointments, and general office correspondence
- Maintain employee records and confidential HR files
- Organise management meetings and ensure key tasks are actioned accordingly
- Coordinate OH&S activities and schedule fire drills, health monitoring and safety reports
- Raise purchase orders for office and kitchen supplies
- Support accounts administration, including data entry, reconciliations, and supplier documentation
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and company databases
- Coordinate freight bookings and transport documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
- Assist management with reports, compliance documents, and operational administration
- Support the sales and production teams with general administrative tasks
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be:

- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
- Confident using Microsoft Office and administration systems
- Experienced in office administration, customer service, or accounts support
- Manufacturing, transport, automotive, or trade industry experience will be highly regarded
