OFFICE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administration Assistant to join our friendly and busy team.
Reporting to the CEO this role is instrumental in keeping our office team functioning smoothly and efficiently! You’ll be encouraged to grow, develop, and feel empowered to put forward new ideas and your own creative opinions.
There are no two days the same in this role and you will be responsible for ensuring we have all of the supplies, support, systems, and approvals needed.
Main DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and update the Point-of-Sale System for all venues. This includes updating the App and website when needed.
Liaise with 3rd parties to ensure system integrations are working correctly and seamlessly.
· Assist with the planning and opening of new store locations
Put together the agenda and take minutes in weekly team meetings.
Assist CEO when needed with ad hoc admin tasks.
Print and collate monthly Daily Planners for each venue.
Keep the key register up to date.
Book accommodation and travel for team members when needed
Keep the Procedures and Guidelines for the company up to date.
Assist with organising and planning staff celebrations and events.

You pride yourself on your attention to detail and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have the ability to investigate issues and find solutions while working both autonomously and part of a team.
You have demonstrated experience in all aspects of office administration including proficiency in the use of Office suite products.
Qualifications and experience:
Previous experience in office administration
Experience with Point-of-Sale administration systems advantageous but not essential
