Australian EVS is an exciting start up business based in the Hunter and working Nationally. We focus on supporting fleets transition to zero emissions through consultation services, electric vehicle conversions and suppling leading EV technological solutions.

We have grown quickly with a team of specialist Engineers working on a range of projects for some well-known clients, and now we are looking for someone who can complement our team so we can continue to grow in an exciting market.

The role is responsible for:

  • Providing accounts support through Xero, including P&L and Cashflow reporting.

  • Managing our Accounts, Accruals, Cashflow and preparing business reports

  • Accounts payable / accounts receivable management

  • Sending quotes & invoices

  • Maintaining our social media accounts and marketing material

  • Calling new leads and pushing clients through to sales

  • Providing administrative support to the team. 

  • General administration duties 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working within Xero. 

  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience with social media, WordPress and Google ads an advantage

  • Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative to get the job done.

  • Energetic person who wants to help everyone in the team and be part of an exciting business.

Job Type:

  • Flexible hours (20 - 40 hours per week)

  • Hourly pay will be based on current level of experience 

  • Potential for permanent work
