The Role
Lead and develop our service delivery model in Occupational Therapy as part of a MDT team
Lead and mentor a brand-new team of Occupational Therapists as the service grows
Deliver evidence-based, person-centred therapy to older adults in the community
Support and champion best-practice care models, embed OT into clinical care management and lead the way in reablement approaches to care
Conduct functional and home safety assessments, recommend equipment and home modifications, and empower clients to live independently
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team and contribute to service innovation

About You

You’ll bring:
AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Experience and passion for wellness and reablement
4+ years’ experience (community or aged care preferred).
Leadership and mentoring skills.
A passion for person-centred, high-quality care.
A driver’s licence and local travel readiness.
