About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate, qualified Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in North Brisbane, QLD. You’ll be working directly with older adults to support meaningful participation in daily life, enhance independence, and improve overall wellbeing.
As an Occupational Therapist at Generation Care, you will:
Conduct client-centred, evidence-based assessments in home, community and residential care settings.
Develop tailored intervention plans focused on independence, functional capacity and goal achievement.
Prescribe and recommend low-cost and high-cost assistive devices or home modifications where appropriate.
Provide therapy individually and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Communicate and collaborate with clients, families, care coordinators and external professionals.
Provide timely, high-quality clinical reporting and documentation.
What we’re looking for
✔ Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
✔ Current and unrestricted registration with AHPRA
✔ Experience working with older adults or community health (desirable)
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (for mobile service delivery)
✔ Passion for empowering older Australians to live with greater independence and purpose
