Your new role:

As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide advanced clinical and operational leadership across the Chronic Disease service, ensuring safe, effective and evidence-based care delivery within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Chronic Disease nursing services and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage staffing, budgets, resources and service performance outcomes.
• Drive quality improvement, research and innovative models of care.
