Nurse – General Practice

Join our friendly and growing medical practice as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care in a supportive team environment. This role is available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, plus holiday coverage, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the practice expands with additional doctors.

The role includes:

• Immunisations and injections

• Health assessments and care plans

• Heart & lung health checks

• Wound care and assistance with minor procedures

• Working with Best Practice software

• Supporting GPs with chronic disease management and patient care

We are looking for a Nurse who is professional, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care in a busy general practice setting. A full-time experienced RN is on site as part of our supportive nursing team.
