Duties:

Reporting into a Sales & Marketing Director, this is an important role not only to drive sales for the business, but to guide potential buyers through the purchasing journey & support them in deciding on their dream home. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal
  • Identify and gain new business through cold calling, mailing, and following up on referrals/leads
  • Coordinate, conduct, and participate in sales promotions, campaigns, events, and displays
  • Provide leadership and support to sales team members, ensuring a cohesive customer-focused approach and achievement of sales targets including training and ongoing KPI management
  • Establish relationships with developers to enable land acquisition under access or option arrangements, and assist in appropriate packaging.
  Specific Requirements:
  • We are looking for someone who has experience in selling any form of residential property - Spec Homes, Off-the-plan property or existing homes
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Driver’s license (for travelling between sites if needed)
  • Ideally a White Card (can be completed in one day if needed)
